
Well this day it seems I was just not meant to be flying. The light was poor and the ground was unfamiliar, that sounds like the perfect challenge!.
After clipping about 8 things during my flight around this area I decided to just do one more quick fly over the river... big mistake lol.
CamSump and I had already checked the river to make sure that if the quad did fall in then we could retrieve it quickly, sods law that it fell in the deepest and fastest section of the river for at least 200meters which caused some issues as the water was very cold and I could not reach the quad with my hands so I employed the use of a large stick.
The only damage that was done is as follows:
2x 9x4.5 props
1x 20Amp Skywalker ESC
