Lego robot "Sumo wrestling" match - Semi-finals
Lego robot "Sumo wrestling" match - Semi-finals Nemo's robot almost wins the match (one of the other robot's wheels touches the table, at 1:42s), but his partner touches their robot and they are disqualified. I guess he thought he could touch the robot because they had won the match! Apparently it was debatable.

Serious LEGO MINDSTORMS NXT Soccer
This is a fully automatic Soccer Game System made with LEGO MINDSTORMS NXT.
Two autonomous robot players challenge on a field that is a robot itself!
In fact it counts the scores and throws in the ball back after a goal.
The system was developed by Mario Ferrari and Daniele Benedettelli during 2010.
The robots localize on the field using RFID tags.
Many Thanks to :
HITECHNIC www.hitechnic.com for advanced NXT sensors
CODATEX www.codatex.com for RFID tags and sensors

LEGO NXT - Soccer Robot
This LEGO NXT Robot was built using 3 motors and 4 sensors.
First, he will locate and grab the ball using IR and Sonar sensor.
Than, the robot will go to the center of the field and locate the net using the compass and a second sonar sensors.
Finally, he will kick the ball as hard as he can !
This robot was built as a final project in Mobile Robots course @ HUJI
I created this video with the YouTube Video Editor (http://www.youtube.com/editor)

Lego Mindstorms NXT Sumo Competition - Omega Team
I love this class so much!
We were divided into teams in order to take on two big projects; A robot that does a task of our choice, and a robot meant for this sumo competition. I didn't get video of our first project, a maze-solver, however I find this project to be much more exciting.
The rules of the game were as follows: The bot had to be no bigger than 10x10 inches, and weigh no more than 2.25 pounds.
