Honda Motor Company has been working on ASIMO for several years. The experience that the company gains from designing ASIMO will be used to design helpful things in the future. Maybe one day we will actually have robotic helpers around the house.
The HondaJet was the primary display for Honda at Oshkosh, Asimo was just there to demonstrate that Honda is into many areas of advanced technology.
