
International Space Station Expedition 36 flight engineers Fyodor Yurchikhin and Alexander Misurkin of the Russian Federal Space Agency completed a 7-hour, 29-minute spacewalk at 3:05 p.m. PDT on Friday, August 16, the longest spacewalk in history conducted by a pair of Russian cosmonauts. The spacewalkers continued routing power and Ethernet cables for the future arrival of the Russian Multipurpose Laboratory Module, and installed on the Poisk module a panel of experiments.
