With this all in one FPV Quadcopter bundle, one can easily learn to fly Quadcopters and Multirotor FPV the hardcore way and also shoot quality and fun aerial videos at the same time.
****This is a bigger and Quieter**** Quad copter and not 3D. It was designed as a stable flying camera platform. Optional tilt controls and camera mounts are available for extra cost, but I didn't want to spend any extra money, before I tested the unit myself. This is a quality looking unit that is very stable with many safety features built in. And for this kind of money, that is good. Overview: . High efficiency: 12-inch slow paddle + disc direct drive brushless motors.

Robotic technology is advancing quickly - so quickly, in fact, that it could run you over. Researchers at MIT have developed a robot cheetah that can run entirely on its own, without any cables or wires attached. What does this mean for the future of robotics? Find out! Tweet: http://ctt.ec/7cHRd
Do you think this advancement in robot technology is worthwhile? Or should the government be funding something other than robotic cats? Let us know in the comments!

3D Systems (DDD), a company based in Rock Hill South Carolina, has developed the first ever 3d-printed exoskeleton robotic suit to help paralyzed people walk. The exoskeleton robotic suit was recently worn by Amanda Boxtel, a woman who has been paralyzed from the waist down since 1992 when she was injured in a skiing accident in Aspen Colorado. Her doctor had told Amanda that she would never again be able to walk.

Sample footage from my eBay Alien 500 Quadcopter upgrades. Changes include brand new Custom Brushless Gimbal Design, Chinese arms replaced with DJI Arms, KK replaced with Naza-M Lite Controller. Since the Gimbal doesn't hang underneath, I no longer need legs and as such she can get way more airspeed on it without the quad oscillating due to the drag from the legs and gimbal.

MIT researchers have developed an algorithm for bounding that they've successfully implemented in a robotic cheetah. (Learn more: http://bit.ly/1CZToFe)
The key to the bounding algorithm is in programming each of the robot's legs to exert a certain amount of force in the split second during which it hits the ground, in order to maintain a given speed: In general, the faster the desired speed, the more force must be applied to propel the robot forward.
